Lindsay Knabe received her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Minnesota in Interior Design. During her time in college, she as a student-athlete leading, excelling both in the classroom and the pool. Her leadership, discipline and desire to continually get better, and ability to multi-task has served her well in her life pursuits of mothering and founding businesses. Lindsay’s appetite to learn, grow, and develop as an entrepreneur in real estate, and raise her family of growing boys. Her ability to make changes quickly, problem-solving ability and never say “No” when dealing with clients has afforded her to grow with her relationships with her client’s and develop personalized plans to grow her clientele. ​

Her driven nature to grow her real estate portfolio clued her in on the need to enter the market of home inspections. She saw a gap in the quality of home inspection services and has made it her mission to bring quality service to the Twin Cities and greater Minneapolis surrounding communities.​

She understands that a home is more than just bricks and mortar-it’s an investment of a lifetime. Watch her lead the way!​

Karla is an entrepreneur, Real Estate Agent, and experienced Investment Banker and a Vice President with a well-known Wall Street investment banking firm. She currently is a Registered Representative with the following licenses through FINRA: Series 7, Series 50, Series 52, and Series 63. In the last six years, she has completed nearly 200 municipal bond financings totaling more than $4.0 billion.

As a result, of this experience and top-notch reputation, this has allowed her to become an integral team member in the managing and overseeing of financial and accounting within the organization. She helps with developing financial policies and improving the records system. She plays a crucial role in the financial forecasting , budgeting, and compliance.

Ms. Gonzales graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is an avid real estate investor in both single family and multi-family properties with over 900+ units in Texas, Georgia, Kansas, and North Carolina. Ms. Gonzales is originally from Michoacán, Mexico and is fluent in both English and Spanish helping to serve our Spanish speaking investors.

Jeremiah is a native Minnesotan and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Math from Augsburg University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Similar to his wife, Lindsay, he also excelled in the classroom as a 3-time Academic All-American and as student-athlete leading in the classroom as an elite level wrestler and 4-year NCAA wrestling mat helping his team won 3 team national championships during his career. ​

Practicing wrestling since the 2nd grade, he took his nature of a being a “student of the sport” not directly into the business world but back to study more where he could hone and polish his skillset of being able to serve the youth of his community and being a difference maker wherever his career would take him. He learned during his college career how impressionable young kids were as his school encouraged community service and giving back to the youth where kids learned to be inspired by their athletic heroes. These experiences pushed him in his faith to go beyond serving people but making sure he was a student of his faith by pursuing a Master of Divinity at the Princeton Theological Seminary. This would help him have the theological grounding needed to continue to serve not only the people in his church and be a difference maker in his local community and beyond. He learned that his passion was how much he loved watching young athletes grow in confidence as their skills improve.​

After graduating from the seminary, Jeremiah has had the opportunity to serve in the capacity as a Full-time Intern for youth Ministry in New Jersey, Resident Intern in Minnesota, Associate Pastor in California, Pastor in Duluth Minnesota, and Parish Pastor where he once served as a Resident Intern in Minneapolis. In each of these roles he showed what he learned as an elite level wrestler drove him with his superiors seeing his gift of being coachable and his ability to be humble and realize he use every stop along the way as way to refine his skills. ​

His consistency has served him well as he has developed as an entrepreneur and seeing gaps in businesses that need to be served. He saw during COVID a few years back that children’s ability to do Math was lost because students were missing that tactile need that most math teachers have when they are teaching the youth in the classroom. Jeremiah saw an opportunity and has been able to create his own math tutoring company to help children that have a hard time connecting to the subject or their teachers and figure out how to bridge that gap of learning. Jeremiah never being satisfied with being average has taken his love for scuba diving as a hobby to an Owner and Master Diver of his own dive company. At the same time, Jeremiah has continued to coach wrestling and at the same time grown his own real estate investing business including both single family and multifamily portfolios. ​

It was during, this time in his real estate career that he has learned that the need for high level home inspectors were lacking. His wife graduating with a degree in Interior Design and wanting to continue to grow their real estate portfolio saw an opportunity again to be able to serve their community. He has grown the brainchild of his wife to a full service home inspection company that focused on serving his neighbor in state he so dearly loves.​

Jeremiah’s responsibility is to resolve client’s issues and equip the next generation of inspectors to be able to serve the community that he grew up in. Give him an opportunity to serve you and be a difference maker for you!​

Rob received his Master of Architecture from Texas A&M University. Rob is a Registered Architect and Registered Interior Designer licensed in the State of Texas. He is OSHA-30 Certified and a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialty in Building Design + Construction. ​

Rob spent the first few years out of college working as an Investment Banker issuing municipal bonds for MUDs, and special districts to finance for funding infrastructure projects like roads, water systems, and sewer lines for Real Estate Developers creating new master planned communities. It was then that Rob received his calling to return back to school to learn design and construction to pursue his desire to one day become a Real Estate Developer.

Soon thereafter, he returned back to school to work on his Master of Architecture. After receiving his degree he began his design career working with Randy at both RTKL and HOK winning numerous design awards at the local, national, and international levels for design excellence. He then worked at Overland Partners where he gained an interest to work in the field doing Construction Administration. This interest catapulted him into the construction world where he spent the next 9 years doing Construction Management and General Contracting. Most recently, Rob has focused his attention the last 5 years working as a Real Estate Developer leading development efforts in Multi-Family as a Developer and Owner’s Representative for design and construction teams.
